Returns

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product has a manufacturing defect

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your Order ID
  • Clear photos/videos of the product
  • Unboxing video (recommended for faster support)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Used or damaged items after delivery
  • Products without original packaging
  • Sale or clearance items

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Amount will be credited to your original payment method or bank account

Exchange Policy

We only provide exchanges for:

  • Damaged items
  • Wrong products received
  • Manufacturing defects

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

BABU reserves the right to reject return/refund requests if:

  • The claim is found invalid
